We accept all major credit cards, cash payments, care credit, apple pay, afterpay, HSA,FSA

No Refunds

All sales are final on services and products

All Procedures Require A Deposit

Deposits are non-refundable

Deposits will be applied to your balance at checkout

If you are a no-show or late cancellation less than 48 hrs, deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits cannot be used to rebook another appointment on the provider’s schedule. You will have to place a new appointment deposit to be seen by the provider.

If you are rescheduling a procedure, you may be required to pay 50% of the procedure total

Before that appointment if the no-show cancellation policy continues to be violated.

 Appointment Policy

Arriving late to your appointment will shorten your valuable treatment time. We aim to complete your treatment session within the time slot provided to you, tardiness of more than 15 minutes could result in rescheduling depending on how busy the provider is for the day.
